- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Certain species do require CITES permits.
- Game not listed may be negotiated.
- Plains game hunt is 7 to 12 days depending on trophies required.
- Big game hunts varies from 14 to 21 days in Zambia, depending on
trophies required.
- Big game hunts varies from 7 to 14 days in South Africa.
- All animals taken, wounded or lost will be charged for.
- A deposit of 40% of the daily rate is required to confirm a
booking.
- Only acceptable payment is by travelers cheques or cash.
- All other costs incurred during a safari, together with trophy fees are payable upon completion of the safari.
- Should a cancellation occur 60 days before commencement of the safari, the deposit less 30% will be refunded.
- Safari charges become effective on the first day of the contract period and end on the termination date agreed upon.
- No refunds are allowed for late arrivals or early departures.
- Advanced bookings are advisable.
- Clients should advise on species required and the order of preference.
Liability
- Where every effort is made to ensure the hunting clients safety, no responsibility is accepted
for any illness, accident or loss.
- It will be expected of the hunting client's to sign an indemnity form before commencing
the safari.
- The tariffs are based on current prices and are subject to change without prior notice.
Rates Include
- Alcoholic beverages will be catered for
if used within moderation (safety reasons).
- Ground transport from JHB International Airport to lodge and back.
- All accommodation, 3 meals per day and soft-drinks.
- Hunting licenses and permits - excluding CITES.
- Services of a licensed professional hunter.
- Trackers, skinners and camp staff.
- Field preparations of trophies.
- Use of hunting vehicles.
- Daily Laundry services.
Rates Exclude
- Air travel (charter/commercial), accommodation and travel charges incurred before and
after the contracted period of the safari.
- Disinfecting, packaging, handling, forwarding and insurance of
trophies from the port
of exit in South Africa to your Taxidermist.
- Conservation fee of 10 US$ on every animal hunted.
- VAT of 14% (Only payable on Daily Rates).
- Specialty food/medicine and cigarettes.
- The hire of firearms and ammunition.
- National Park Fees.
- Taxidermist fees.
- Gratuities.
